Bonyan Organization is looking for (Project officer)

Location: Turkey- Gaziantep**

*Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
• Divide the project plan into actionable actions within time frames.
• Assign tasks to field teams and assist with schedule management
• Receive daily and weekly reports from the contact point of the field team.
• Monitor the progress of the project and deal with any issues that arise.
• Act as a point of contact and communicate the status of the project to all shareholders.
• Work with the project manager to face and overcome challenges.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documents, plans, and reports
• Propose project recommendations based on project indicator
• Following up on the field team daily and gathering accurate information about the progress of the project.

*Requirements & Qualifications:
Scientific qualification required:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any relevant certificate.

Experiences and Technical Qualifications Required:

• Two-year minimum of work experience in a similar field in NGO
• PMD certificate preferred.
• Good Management and Organizing Skills
• Advanced Speaking and writing English.
• Good MS skills.
• Time management skills
• Ability to work with a team.
