How can you make a difference?

Under the general supervision of the Quality Officer and in close cooperation with the other PFP areas, the Donor Care Center Coordinator strengthen our donor loyalty by providing a relevant response to our donor’s requirements and facilitating the implementation of solid quality processes.

KEY FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provides technical support to the preparation of the Donor Care Center plan, calendar, objectives, metrics and KPIs.
  • Effective implementation of Donor Care Center activities, focusing on human resources aspects (such as recruitment, training, motivation) and quality of work.
  • Administrative tasks and responsibilities effectively carried out and delivered.

RECRUITMENT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Completion of Secondary School. Technical or any other related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in marketing, promotional or fundraising areas. Experience in working for international organizations would be desirable.
  • Language Requirement: Fluency in Spanish is essential. English would be desirable.
